About Kenneth:
the trombonist
He’s a gifted and in-demand trombonist, band director, educator, composer, arranger, songwriter, and producer; however, the most important roles in his life are son, brother, uncle, friend, and soon-to-be husband.
​
Ken has a deep love for jazz and enjoys studying musical history and musicians of different genres. He loves spending quality time with his family, traveling and exploring new places, quiet meals at home and the occasional special fancy dinner to keep Leslie happy.
​
Ken is proud to be an HBCU alum from Howard University and is thankful for the lessons instilled in him during that time. He has a heart to mentor young musicians to develop their full potential, just as he was encouraged to do by the great mentors in his life.
